Data Entry Assistant is a key role in our organization. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a critical part in helping us build and customize websites, manage plugins, handle website migrations and launches, and provide support to our CEO as a trusted point of contact.

This role involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using designated software (Zoho). You will enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.

You will organize and categorize data following established protocols. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.

We are seeking someone with strong typing skills and excellent accuracy. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with cloud-based applications.

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will work closely with our team, which operates in a remote work setup with flexible working hours. We encourage career development through free access to training courses.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role. They should also have excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
