Strategic eCommerce Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify and WordPress projects from concept to delivery, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence.
  • Coordinate mid-funnel marketing efforts, driving client engagement and campaign success.
  • Supervise branding initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WordPress.
  • A strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration.
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability to work flexible West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones.
