We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our email marketing efforts. As a strategic Email Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of targeted campaigns that drive results for our clients.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proven track record in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement email marketing automation strategies that align with client objectives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in executing email and SMS campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
