We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Analyst to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a front-line position responsible for evaluating and documenting customer transactions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers. The Quality Analyst will focus on ensuring all required processes and guidelines are followed to deliver the highest levels of customer experience and employee engagement, while driving KPI performance at or above all critical goals.
Responsibilities- Evaluate transactions to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers
- Ensure all required processes and guidelines are followed to deliver high-quality results
- Complete assigned transaction evaluations and attend calibration sessions as needed
- 6 months experience in process transformation
- Ability to work in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
