Senior Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your organization and leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customer experience centers and clients, building and maintaining project documentation on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain effective project records, identifying risk and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Clearly articulate project requirements and status to various levels and audiences.
  • Spearhead innovative projects for corporate initiatives and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a project management role leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent relevant project management experience.
  • Operational management experience within the BPO/call center industry required.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance while leading a project team.
