We are seeking a strategic finance leader to support our executive team. This role will oversee financial strategy and operations, providing comprehensive financial updates and guiding fiscal planning and growth.

Job Description

This role includes overseeing a back-office team, focusing on development and scaling to meet expanding business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversight of month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation across multiple entities and states.
  • Management of cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax. A proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
