About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with numbers and have strong organizational skills. You will have the chance to work on various tasks such as data entry, billing, insurance verification, and credentialing.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be working closely with our team members and clients, so being able to communicate effectively is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in training programs to learn about Revenue Cycle Management and Healthcare Credentialing.
  • Learn and apply procedures under experienced team guidance.
  • Assist with data entry, billing, and insurance verification.
  • Shadow senior team members to understand processes.
  • Develop understanding of healthcare regulations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong interest in healthcare and a desire to learn about RCM and Credentialing. You should also possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good organizational and time management skills.

We offer comprehensive training, including a 1-week initial training and 1 month of service-specific training. Within 3-6 months, you can become a specialist in RCM or Credentialing. After a year, you may have options for advancement, such as training new hires, leading accounts, or managing a small team.
