Total Rewards Specialists play a critical role in enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement by designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of local compensation, benefits, and payroll practices, as well as survey research methods and labor laws.

Key responsibilities include coordinating performance appraisal and salary review, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity among existing employees, administering employees' benefits, and assisting in compensation and benefit projects to contribute to efficiency enhancement and improvement of compensation and benefit functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly reports, analytical and statistic.

Total Rewards Specialists will work closely with HR teams to design and implement effective total rewards strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal and salary review for all employees.
  • Ensure external competitiveness and internal equity among existing employees.
  • Administer employees' benefits by processing, reviewing, consolidating, and coordinating initiatives, programs, administration, claim, vendor.
  • Assist to disseminate new/updated compensation and benefit information through effective communication channels.
  • Assist in compensation and benefit project to contribute on efficiency enhancement and improvement of compensation and benefit functions.
  • Prepare monthly reports, analytical and statistic.
