Job Overview

This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. The key responsibilities include analysis, design, development, and project management are pivotal in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client needs and identify problem areas that require immediate attention.
  • Gather information and course elements from various sources, including research studies and industry trends.
  • Create branded templates for content and select design elements that fit the project requirements, taking into account brand identity and messaging.
  • Develop e-Learning content using software such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, leveraging multimedia features to enhance engagement.
  • Apply gamification and scenario-based learning in materials, making complex concepts more accessible and enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper communication and timely project execution, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Supporting Functions:
  • Support internal business processes such as innovation, learning, and internal process improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Stay updated on technology and industry news and trends, applying this knowledge to inform project decisions and drive results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields, preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a call center environment, demonstrating expertise and skills in training and project management.
  • Training needs analysis, methods, and procedures, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Process mapping and visual display design principles, applied to create engaging and effective training experiences.
  • Excellent written and communications skills, mandatory, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency with various software application programs, including MS Office, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
