Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our range of services.

This is a Full-Time position that operates 100% remotely, with no travel to customer locations required.

  • Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Regularly communicate with customers, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
  • Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes.
  • Document dependencies and priorities clearly for efficient project execution.
  • Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful outcomes for each project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
  • Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
  • Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources.
