We are seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our team at Visage Executive Search.

About the Role:

  • As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients, from job posting and sourcing to selection and offer negotiation.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations, providing expert consultation and guidance throughout the process.
  • In this role, you will also develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs, identifying areas for improvement in their recruitment practices and advising on best-in-class strategies.
  • Your primary focus will be on matching talented candidates with job openings, prioritizing efficiently and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • To succeed in this role, you must be able to handle high volumes of activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and providing top-notch service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet client objectives
  2. Source, screen, and select top talent for client roles, ensuring a strong fit between candidate skills and company needs
  3. Provide regular updates and insights to clients throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency and open communication
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise, driving successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team when necessary
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
