The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collection and dispute function for specific business MRCs and markets in Manila hub. This includes building strong relationships with business partners, ensuring effective collaboration and value creation.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Leading identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and system enhancements.
  • Focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization of process.
  • Providing leadership and coaching for individuals through developmental feedback and performance evaluation.
  • Effectively managing resource utilization, including identifying changes to long-term resource needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
  • More than 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management), with extensive expertise in Collections/Dispute Management.
  • Strong customer engagement skills for both internal and external stakeholders, particularly within EMEA and NA cultures.
  • Capable of shaping and defining solutions and strategies for customer portfolios.
