WHAT IS A TEAM LEADER?

Our awesome client, a healthcare company based in Australia, is looking for a new TEAM LEADER to be part of their growing team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  1. Working After Hours Shifts, must be available across all 7 days of the week with full flexibility in shift start/finish times.
  2. Willing to be on call and cover shifts for other team members when appropriate.
  3. Responsible for monitoring After Hours staff performance and productivity; will ensure compliance tasks are being actively completed on shift, phones are being answered, and voicemails returned.
  4. Responsible for managing communication; ensure all After Hours staff are communicating effectively with AU counterparts—emails responded to and proactive updates provided.
  5. Point of contact for sick calls; the Team Leader will receive sick calls from after-hours team members and allocate another staff member to cover the shift based on availability.
  6. Monitor the team's morale and job satisfaction. Be an ambassador of the company values, providing feedback on behalf of the team in Manila.
  7. Promote a healthy workplace culture, assist in organizing office events such as team dinners.
  8. Be a hands-on after-hours coordinator, answering phones and filling vacancy shifts as required.
  9. Work closely with management to discuss feedback, strategies, and improvements.
  10. Monitor Philippine holidays and ensure appropriate coverage is achieved during these holidays.

  • Onsite | Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City.
