Project Site Management Executive

About the Role:

The Project Site Management Executive will oversee overall construction and site management, including temporary and permanent works.

  • Lead the site team organization and ensure efficient project execution.
  • Represent the company on-site, handling concerns, coordination, site visits, and inspections by external stakeholders and local authorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all site operations, construction activities, equipment installation, and interconnection works.
  • Manage daily site construction activities and coordinate work of subcontractors, resolving issues related to procedures, methodologies, and remedial actions.
  • Coordinate interfaces between different project components such as the power plant, switchyard, and transmission line.
  • Lead technical discussions during tender clarifications and evaluate deviations or value engineering proposals.
  • Work with support groups to resolve issues affecting project milestones.
  • Determine and resource project needs with appropriate skills.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Oversight of site activities, including equipment delivery, schedule and progress monitoring, and testing and commissioning.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule, providing weekly status updates focusing on milestones and critical tasks.
  • Review schedule updates and perform scenario analysis for delays or improvements.
  • Monitor payment milestones, review claims, and support claim negotiations.
  • Evaluate contractor manpower, equipment, and materials alignment with project schedules.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and technical discussions.
  • Ensure work completion and conformance through punch-list activities.
  • Share lessons learned and recommendations during post-project reviews.
