Job Title: Site Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction site management and monitoring of site activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction site management and monitor site activities;
  • Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute projects;
  • Assess potential project construction risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans in coordination with all stakeholders;
  • Coordinate and interface with various support groups of the company to resolve issues and concerns that may affect the project activities or milestones;
  • Monitor actual progress of project activities compared to the Contractor's schedule and provide weekly status update summary report, with particular focus on project milestones and the critical path of the project;
  • Perform detailed review of each schedule/programme update issued by the contractor and provide review report to highlight changes made, with focus on milestones and critical (or near-critical) activities;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management or related field;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
