  • Leverage keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords
  • Analyze data and recommend changes to improve performance metrics: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS
Customer Engagement
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews
  • Use customer feedback to guide product and service improvements
  • Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements and QualificationsTechnical Skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon advertising and listing optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; confident making data-driven decisions

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven teams
  • Low ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iteration
