Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product visions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to bring prototypes to life
  • Lead cross-functional teams to see ideas become reality

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, this role involves ensuring the future success of the business. You will be given the flexibility to run your products like a business within the wider organization.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product strategies to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features
  • Conduct customer research to identify needs and market trends that inform product decisions
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products
  • Coordinate product launch activities including marketing strategies and training for sales teams
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment
Requirements
  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is essential
  • WooCommerce experience would be highly beneficial
  • Proven ability to communicate well in written and spoken English
  • Ample experience in related roles
  • Ability to learn new product ecosystems quickly
  • Ability to lead under pressure and inspire agility in the team
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Creative and entrepreneurial flair to think laterally about products and solutions
