Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Immigration Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth case management and exceptional client service.

You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals, handling clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks to ensure seamless preparation and filing of immigration-related applications for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in a law firm setting).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
