Job Title: Collection Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collection Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliation of collection data, validating its completeness on SAP, and reporting accomplishments and issues encountered.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the selected candidate will also conduct UAT of Collection Programs for S4, Collection-related services, and payment facilities service provider, as well as perform other tasks assigned by the S4/Hana Team Lead.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience in SAP is required, with knowledge of S4/Hana being an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
