Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our co-founders, assisting in the day-to-day management of promotional product orders and client communications.

This role is crucial to ensuring smooth order processing, accurate quoting, and efficient coordination with vendors and clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in the industry, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to help manage and grow key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support account managers in managing key client accounts.
  • Liaise directly with clients to clarify order details, timelines, and branding requirements.
  • Prepare and send quotes for merchandise and apparel orders, using supplier catalogs and pricing tools.
  • Coordinate and follow up on production timelines, order updates, and delivery statuses.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a CSR, Sales Support, or Account Management role.
  • Strong understanding of branded merchandise workflows.
  • Familiarity with AU suppliers and platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support senior leadership remotely.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
