Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Family Care Advocate. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a critical role in empowering underserved families to access life-changing care.
Your primary responsibility will be to collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
You will make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries, guiding families through the documentation process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include handling high-volume phone interactions daily, maintaining organized records, tracking expiring documents, and sending timely reminders.
As a Family Care Advocate, you will collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to deliver a smooth experience for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Extensive experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role.
- Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, shared drives, or document tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines.
