Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to employees and management in areas such as recruitment, training, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. They will also be able to analyze complex HR issues and develop creative solutions to resolve them.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate the recruitment process, develop job descriptions, and create job postings.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Requirements:
  • 8+ Years of HR Experience: Proven track record in HR roles, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Clear Communication & Escalation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR issues to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Thrives in Ambiguity: Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
