Housekeeping Associate Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of assigned work areas.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all facilities and common areas.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Follow established protocols for cleaning assigned work areas according to schedule.
  • Dispose of waste properly and as needed.
  • Handle medical waste responsibly following hospital policies.

You will also assist nursing staff as necessary to ensure efficient operation of patient wards and operating rooms.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision. You must be highly dedicated and hardworking, willing to work extra hours if needed.

Requirements:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent document
  2. Training in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred
  3. Minimum experience in housekeeping or previous work related to hospitality is required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the need for a clean environment, and the ability to learn new techniques and procedures.
