Position Title:Policy Manager
Job Summary:This position is responsible for establishing new, enhancing/updating consumer loan-related policies, managing the end-to-end process of consumer loan products, and ensuring compliance with the regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3-6 years of experience in policy creation and implementation
- At least 3-6 years of experience handling consumer loan portfolios
- Well-versed in report creation
- Attentive to detail
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
