At ETeam PH, we are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Procurement Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution of procurement processes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us in a dynamic environment. As a Mandarin Procurement Process Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing Routine PR-POs: Review purchase requisitions for compliance, release completed purchase orders for approval, and ensure timely processing.
  • Monitoring Purchase Orders: Track the preparation of purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and organizational targets.
  • First-Line Support: Provide assistance to stakeholders and suppliers via ticketing tools, email, and phone, escalating queries to senior team members when necessary.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks related to purchases, including tracking orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures while delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Talent Development: Assist junior staff members with questions and queries, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English (B2) proficiency, as well as fluency in Mandarin, required by the client.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in operational procurement, customer service, or sales support.
  • Collaboration and Time Management: Ability to work effectively with the team and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines to achieve goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a client-focused attitude.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savviness: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, and SAP/Ariba experience is an asset.
