Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Development Manager to spearhead product development and business enhancement initiatives from inception to launch and beyond. As a strategic leader, you will drive business growth by fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for Engineering and Business projects, including third-party integrations, eCommerce technology, and business enhancements.
  • Process Leadership: Design and implement efficient processes across the organization.
  • Platform & Feature Enhancement: Collaborate with teams to streamline and automate processes, and continuously improve platform features.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PM & PROBLEM RESOLUTION
  • Business & Technology Workflow Enhancement: Foster a deep understanding of business and technology workflows.
  • Project Facilitation: Ensure effective project completion across all stakeholders.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve underlying conflicts and roadblocks.
  • Technical Understanding: Work closely with business units to cultivate an overall technical understanding of the platform.
  • Business Re-engineering: Manage complex technology development efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of related experience ideally with eCommerce knowledge.
  • eCommerce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms and systems.
  • Product Documentation: Proven ability to document product requirements.
  • Requirements Analysis: Strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis.
  • Project Management Tools: Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools.
  • Methodology Acumen: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and other relevant project methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strong inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas.
