Business Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and technical sales within the construction industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upgrade or retrofit existing elevator and escalator systems, conducting site surveys, and recommending technical solutions aligned with safety and compliance standards.
- They will also prepare and present modernization proposals to building owners and property managers, as well as coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scheduling, and smooth project execution.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or technical sales within the construction industry.
- Engineering graduates are preferred, particularly those with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
- Residency near assigned area of coverage is preferred for ease of mobility and fieldwork.
- Experience in HVAC or elevator systems is a strong advantage.
