Product Testing Manager Position

As a Product Testing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing strategies
  • Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze test results and identify root causes of defects
  • Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business-related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manual or automated product testing and project management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product testing
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and results
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems
