YOUR ROLE As Test Manager with Capgemini, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Branch Teller System implementation, including timelines, resources, and methodologies In this role, you will play a key role in: Drive the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the Branch Teller Systems Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system Prepare & present testing reports, incl test results and defect analysis Oversee identification, documentation, and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing Collaborate with the Software and System Integration vendor for testing requirements, issue resolution, and understanding system specifications Regularly update stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units, on testing progress, risks, and outcomes YOUR PROFILE 10 years relevant experience Must have experience in end-to-end test management for large scale implementations of branch banking systems; experience in testing of branch teller systems is a plus
Must have experience in Philippines market or Asia Experience with testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g. Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus etc.) Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience in non-functional testing (e.g. performance, availability, etc.) Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
