About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at Techno Global Team, INC. as an IT Support Engineer Level 2.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring timely resolution of tickets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
    • Address issues and service requests that relate to all technology, including workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor-specific hardware, software, and general administration tasks.
  • Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
    • Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Communication with Customers
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role for more than 3 years.
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in Active Directory Administration, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
  • Amenable to work on-site: multiple shift schedules available (Night).
