Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in application development and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.
  • Experience with software engineering practices and concepts, including design, testing, and debugging.
  • Knowledge of system and performance monitoring tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide first and second-line support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software applications.
  3. Collaborate with the Applications Development team to analyze and resolve complex software issues and implement new features and functionality.
  4. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
