Remote Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

This role requires an individual to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and provide a positive experience for our clients. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating when necessary.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails or chats from customers.
  • Accurately answer customer inquiries about products, services and billing.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Work Environment:

The job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
