The Role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for providing strategic guidance and comprehensive HR support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of HR functions for clients, including policy review, process monitoring, system optimization, and initiative alignment.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to performance management, dispute resolution, and succession planning.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives by supporting leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational culture enhancement.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships as a go-to HR expert for client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actionable solutions to enhance employee engagement and drive positive change.
  • Develop, review, and refine HR policies to ensure they remain dynamic and agile.
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing diverse HR teams.
  • Strong passion for lifelong learning and professional growth.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
