
Contact Center Representative

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
They will be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services, resolving customer complaints and escalating when necessary.
The successful candidate will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Furthermore, they will be required to follow company procedures and compliance guidelines, meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent record-keeping skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferably in a contact center.
