Migration Expert for Zoho One

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, to Zoho One.

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in business process automation and optimization, data migration, and system configuration. If you have experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho One with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up automated workflows using Deluge scripts, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom solutions to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Evaluate data security risks and implement best practices for user roles and permissions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven expertise in Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics.
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho One.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools, including Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, and Pabbly Connect.
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications, such as e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
  • Background in business process automation and optimization, particularly in the retail industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.
