Expertise in Zoho applications is crucial for a seamless transition and optimized workflows. We seek a skilled professional to migrate our core operations, including inventory management, customer relations, sales tracking, and invoicing, to Zoho One.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate data to Zoho with minimal disruption
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for business efficiency
  • Integrate Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
  • Regularly update Zoho applications and enhance system capabilities based on business needs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
  • Experience in data migration from other platforms to Zoho
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications
