Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up integrations between Zoho and third-party applications using tools like Zapier or Make/Integromat.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Zoho One, particularly in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.

Strong knowledge of automation tools like Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, and Pabbly Connect.
