Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats.
  • Drive strategy alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives such as pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust.
  • Content repurposing: Effectively transform a single idea into multiple pieces of content across channels.
  • Collaboration and partnership: Work closely with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Performance measurement and optimization: Track results and refine the content strategy continuously.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform timely commentary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and lead nurturing.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfortability interviewing executives and clients.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and basic understanding of marketing automation.
