Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

MCI is hiring a professional to lead content strategy, drive thought leadership, and support demand generation in a remote work environment.

  • This role requires developing content calendars targeting B2B buyers, leading creation of whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars, optimizing content for SEO and lead generation, collaborating on ABM and nurturing content with Sales, tracking performance across the buyer journey, and managing writers and designers to deliver quality assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop content calendars that align with business objectives.
  2. Create high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  3. Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in content messaging.
  5. Track and analyze content performance to inform future content strategies.
  6. Manage a team of writers and designers to deliver high-quality content assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality thought leadership and sales content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and editing skills.
  • Experience managing content teams and projects.
