Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the migration of our business operations into Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate legacy systems into Zoho inventory, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations.
  • Ensure seamless data transfer and set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One.
  • Integrate Zoho with e-commerce platforms, shipping, payment, and communication tools.
  • Train stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide system administration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience across multiple Zoho modules.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management.
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting, and building custom workflows.
  • Experience integrating APIs and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
