Job Opportunity: Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the full-scale migration of our operations into the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for migrating legacy systems into Zoho applications (Zoho Inventory, CRM, Books, and Invoices)
  • Ensure seamless data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems
  • Configure user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication
  • Provide training and support for internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices
  • Continuously administer, upgrade, and resolve system issues
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho across Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows
  • Experience in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Skilled in automation platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
