Freight Forwarding Associate Position

Join Offshore Business Processing as a Freight Forwarding Associate and play a critical role in our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of import and export shipments, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.

About the Role

* Classification of air/sea shipments
* Ensure accuracy of completed works at all times
* Comply with data integrity and security policies
* Provide customers with product and service information with the highest quality standard

Requirements

* At least 1-2 years experience in shipments classification
* Must be a Licensed Customs Broker
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics
* With import/export shipment data entry experience
* Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
* Knowledgeable in MS Office and has high computer literacy
* Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Must be willing to work any shift (Morning shift, Mid-shift or Night shift)
