Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Operations Specialist to join our team at the Prince Retail Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Sales Volume and Revenue for the store while meeting supplier targets and agreements.

  • Maintain a positive Selling Profit, Miscellaneous Income, & Gross Profit, while ensuring a healthy SSR with the Replenishment Team.
  • Create innovative merchandising approaches that drive growth in revenue and added income in assigned categories or tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and collaborate with suppliers on assortment, pricing, availability, and visibility.
  • Ensure standards in pricing, plans, programs, and category activities to grow the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, including 2 years of managerial experience in merchandising.
  • Willingness to work in our Head Office in Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu.
