As a Marketing Lead, you will provide excellence by:

  • Managing and executing all marketing efforts for our program, with a primary focus on attracting new students via email marketing campaigns.
  • Developing and editing marketing content for website updates and promotional materials.
  • Tracking and maintaining the pipeline of prospective participants and clients using Google Spreadsheets.
  • Guiding applicants through the decision-making process for scholarships.
  • Taking ownership of outreach efforts, including email follow-ups and phone calls, to convert leads into program participants or corporate clients.
  • Participating in live classes, managing breakout rooms, and keeping records of student participation.

We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and works independently without needing constant supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates needs, and proposes creative solutions to improve workflows and program outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with email marketing tools, website management systems, and design software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in emails, spreadsheets, and other deliverables.
  • Mastery of digital tools, including Google Spreadsheets and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
