Remote Accounting Manager Job

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to lead our remote team in providing exceptional financial management services.

This is a full-time position that requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Advanced Excel skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

The successful candidate will oversee financial close and month-end management, identify opportunities for process efficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to clients. They will also manage recurring weekly accounting processes, review customer invoicing, vendor bills, and process payments, approve and submit payroll, and supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
