Remote Customer Service Specialist

Seeking an individual to fill a Remote Technical Support Representative role.
Key responsibilities include responding to technical support requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary, documenting customer interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions, following company protocols and security guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators, able to multitask, and skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
- The selected candidate will be required to reside within 80km of our office location.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience.
- Work-from-home experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Full-time hourly pay.
