Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver outstanding customer service through various channels. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, accurate support to customers via chat, email or phone.
- Manage tickets using Gorgias and Shopify to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices to address customer concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient, reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Work Setup:
- Own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
- Stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
