Insurance Certificate Specialist Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Applied Epic. The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone to meet client needs.
  • Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management to maintain compliance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to support client needs and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role.
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic required for efficient certificate and binder creation.
  • Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures is essential.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for successful collaboration.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are crucial for accurate work.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
