Insurance Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Assistant to support our customer service operations. This individual will be responsible for providing responsive and professional customer service via email and phone, as well as creating and issuing insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Create accurate and detailed insurance certificates and binders
  • Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management within Applied Epic
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within the system
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an insurance support role or similar position
  • Proficiency with Applied Epic software (required)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of insurance procedures, certificates, and binders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
