Job Title: Implementation Specialist

This role involves leading individual brokerages in the implementation and onboarding of our suite of back office products tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client's current business needs and workflows prior to project kickoff.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plans for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software.
  • Communicate project progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions.

A strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry is required, as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. This role offers a chance to advance departmental progress and develop client relationships quickly.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing complex technical scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills apparent in email and phone presence.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with internal teams and client issues.

This is a full-time remote position requiring a stable internet connection (150 Mbps or Higher) and a professional home office setup.
